AVOIDING BITTERNESS LOVE COVERS A MULTITUDE OF SINS

Summary

When we put our enemy into God’s hands how do we respond when our enemy is taken out. David deals with this exact scenario. In our previous message David had a chance to kill Saul in the cave… he chose not to. Instead he said, let the Lord judge between me and you. In so doing, he put Saul into God’s hands and took Saul’s fate out of his own. In 2 Samuel Chapter 1 we learn how David responds when he discovers that his enemy (Saul) is now dead. Do we gloat? Do we rejoice? Do we praise God that they got their just desserts? Come explore how we should respond when our enemy is undone.
